Hi Son I would like to update reports for mass production inspection on Apr-2023 1. Report for BFX-AT100 IR Sensor damaged issue. 2. Report for BFX-AT100 TV screen shake issue. 3 & 4. For the HDMI and ethernet cables cosmetic NG were sent to vender for analysis, but it is delaying due to this package was not cleared by china customs, they are proceed customs (they confirm receiving plan is about 15 Jun, 2023) |

Hi Son 1. Report for BFX-AT100 TV screen shake issue 20230616 Ver 1. a. OK go ahead SoC analysis. => Got it b. Please describe improved test solution: how to detect screen shake issue => Step1: Firstly, take one picture from good product to make “ok sample image” Step 2: After that take 30 images in one second, then compare these images with “ok sample image” at “fixed image area”. If one or more of those 30 images is different with “ok sample image” , the test program will re_check as “step 2”, total 5 times, then judge failure. 2. Vender report for HDMI cable cosmetic NG and Ethernet cable cosmetic NG ALT : checked vender report, what is next factory action? => For HDMI and Ethernet cables incoming material, IQC increase AQL from 0.40 to 0.25 in next 3 lots. Hi Son, Amlogic still disagreed to support FA. They only agree to change the defect IC one by one. The reason is that S905X2-B is a mature and Stabilize product, and shipped to Major customers of many brands around the world over tens of millions. |

Hi SH, Amlogic provide delivery address earlier, our SQE will ship NG SoC to Amlogic ASAP. Besides, Amlogic asks whether it is agrees to do destructive analysis(Decap) after electrical testing? Hi Sun, Attached is Amlogic FA report, No.2 is TV screen shake SoC. Summary shows #2 only FT fail but the reason is IC encryption. So Amlogic reply this SoC is normal SoC not a NG SoC. We will discuss with Our QA and Amlogic QA about why the analysis results are different. Thanks, Cooper |

[Cooper] : Is the same SoC, Date code is E2224747B333 2. 2 Request the Amlogic about the association between the detecfed symptom(TV UI screen shake) and the failed Soc function(encryption). [Cooper] : Yes, According to Amlogic's previous report, the result indeed failed in the FT test. For now, Amlogic is analyzing again, it seems to be an abnormal in the function module(maybe decoder module). They are assessing whether to set up a test station to filter NG SoC. Next plan: Amlogic reply that NG SoC is shipping to wafer factory for further analysis(MBIST, Scan Chain test). Regards Cooper |
